Dr Taras Kuzio discusses the alignment of post-Soviet states post-Ukraine in the Washington Times

HJS research fellow Dr Taras Kuzio discusses the indifference that states such as Armenia, Kazakhstan and Serbia have to Russia’s war in Ukraine. He argues that these states are still heavily dependent on Russian aid, while at the same time they are looking to align themselves closer with the West. He argues that this contradiction cannot continue.
