Student societies across UK universities have posted tributes mourning Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Campus groups have described Khamenei as a “martyr”, promoted memorial events, and shared messages praising the Iranian regime.

Khamenei led one of the world’s most repressive governments – crushing protests, jailing dissidents and backing terrorist groups across the Middle East.
