The Rt Honourable Sir Brandon Lewis CBE is the Chairman to our Board of Directors. Sir Brandon brings a wealth of experience from over a decade of public service at the highest levels of government, alongside his impressive career in business.

Sir Brandon served as the Member of Parliament for Great Yarmouth from 2010 until his retirement in 2024, during which he held numerous prominent positions in Government and the Cabinet. His tenure as Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor saw him play a critical role in the Accession Ceremony for King Charles III, resolve the barristers’ strike with remarkable swiftness, initiate discussions for a legal services agreement with India, and implement a comprehensive tagging programme for prison leavers.

Previously, as Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Sir Brandon navigated the complex challenges of national security, the Covid-19 pandemic, the Northern Ireland Protocol, and power-sharing at Stormont. He also ensured equal access to healthcare for women in Northern Ireland, marking a historic step forward in equality.

Sir Brandon’s distinguished career also includes his time as Minister of State at the Home Office, focusing on national security and Brexit preparations. As Chairman of the Conservative Party, he spearheaded the modernisation of membership and data management, achieving record growth in both membership and fundraising. He has further held key ministerial positions in housing, local government, policing, and fire services, reflecting his deep understanding of a broad range of public policy areas.

Following his retirement from Parliament, Sir Brandon has taken on strategic advisory roles across various sectors, including as Chair of the Advisory Board of LetterOne and as a main board director for Veon, Civitas Investment Management, FM Conway, and Thakeham.
