‘Spooky’ number of Saudi diplomats raises questions

A 2017 report by the Henry Jackson Society, a London foreign policy think tank, claimed Saudi foundations had sponsored Wahhabi-Salafi Islam, an ultra-conservative form of the religion. The report said funding had been put into mosques and education centres by Wahhabi-Salafi foundations across Europe closely tied to the governments of “several Gulf states”.
