Mr Foxall raised concerns about Mr Fomenko’s “prolific registration of limited companies” in the UK, with activities including data processing and hosting services and IT consultancy: “Wittingly or unwittingly, Fomenko played a key role in Russia’s efforts to hack the 2016 US presidential election,” he said. “Servers owned by his King Servers company were used in a Kremlin-directed attempt to hack the state voting systems in Arizona and Illinois”
